Whats Your Why?
When you have a Why for doing Martial Arts or Anything for that matter. It will be easier to stay committed to doing it. If your why is simply because you like it. Then everything else that you also like will become a distraction. For example I train with an exercise physiologist. I do this because I had some injuries and when I was working out I was getting hurt. So I went looking for a scientific approach to weight training and cardio training. I do this 2 times a week and I do not let anything stop me from making those classes. I also do this because I want to be around for a very long time and watch my kids grow up without all the medical problems that come with a sedentary lifestyle. So my Why is so strong that I won’t give up. So is your why for doing Martial Arts that strong for yourself or your child’s. Spring is coming, Other sports are coming. So when you don’t feel like coming to class after a long week is your why strong enough to make you do it. I train in martial arts now because I want to be able to defend myself and my family. That is why I keep training. I will not let anyone hurt myself or my family. I own my school because I want to help the community learn all the benefits that I have learned over 28 years of training. And all those benefits include but are not limited to Self Defense, Self Control, Respect, Focus, Discipline, Fitness, Humility, Honesty, Perseverance, Self Confidence, Courtesy, Responsibility, Courage, and Individuality. That is why at our school when you train with us we really believe we can help you or your child Become Your Best Self. And all you have to do to make that happen is show up 2x a week and Train Hard.
