At Dragon Gate Martial Arts Academy We Develop Strength in our Students By adding Specific Exercises to our warm up and also lacing each class with different exercises. Our warm up is always the same which is very measurable. You will be able to see your child getting more coordinated and stronger week after week. In every class our students work on Kicking Techniques, Blocking Techniques, Forms, Self Defense Techniques and a Fighting Combo and Defense to that Combo.
